TIP: This tool is design for scattermatrix plot, included grouping data, change panel to histogram and correlation, and add fit model.
Scattermatrix plot is used to display the relationship of multivariable. If you have several variables, this is an easy way to visualize data structure. In this tool, you are also able to add fitted model, which provided a direct method to see the pattern of each variable pairs. You can also change diagonal panel to histogram of each variable, and change upper panel to correlation. In addition, this tool can also deal with group data. You can enter data columns number in this page, and then enter the color you want to represent different groups. (If you have 3 group, you can enter: red,blue,green). Then you will see different groups are filled with different colors.
We provided example data for you to explore this tool. You can use load dataset option on the left part. (You can get the dataset from /Get Data Now -> Load dataset -> scatter.txt). In this dataset column 2, 3, 6, 7 are continuous variable, column 3,4 are categorical column which represent different groups, column 1 is just order of row. Here is a sample image blow:
